__What You’ll Do__
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting job openings to extending offers to successful candidates.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective recruiting strategies.
Build and maintain talent pipelines and foster strong relationships with top talent by leveraging different channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, networking events, and other sourcing platforms.
Coordinate, schedule, and conduct interviews and drive a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Leverage AI tools and data-driven recruitment solutions to identify, attract, and assess top candidates.
Manage employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality applicants and promote Easygenerator.
__What You Bring__
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
1-2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related field, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, international environment.
High energy, positive attitude, and strong initiative.
