Responsibilities

  • __What You’ll Do__
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting job openings to extending offers to successful candidates.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective recruiting strategies.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines and foster strong relationships with top talent by leveraging different channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, networking events, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and conduct interviews and drive a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Leverage AI tools and data-driven recruitment solutions to identify, attract, and assess top candidates.
  • Manage employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality applicants and promote Easygenerator.
  • __What You Bring__
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related field, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and strong initiative.
