Coordinator of Talent Acquisition Operations ensuring a positive candidate experience through scheduling and logistics support. Engage with candidates and hiring teams in a dynamic recruiting environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring alignment between candidates and internal interviewers
Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters throughout the interview process
Manage and update interview details in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal calendars
Prepare and send interview confirmations, agendas, and follow-up communications to all stakeholders
Assist with candidate travel arrangements (if applicable)
Maintain and track data to support reporting on interview logistics and hiring activity
Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or process bottlenecks
Contribute to projects that enhance the TA team's efficiency, candidate experience, and employer brand
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
3+ year of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) or Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism
Experience with Workday
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when managing logistics or data
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively as part of a team
