About the role

  • Coordinator of Talent Acquisition Operations ensuring a positive candidate experience through scheduling and logistics support. Engage with candidates and hiring teams in a dynamic recruiting environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring alignment between candidates and internal interviewers
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters throughout the interview process
  • Manage and update interview details in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal calendars
  • Prepare and send interview confirmations, agendas, and follow-up communications to all stakeholders
  • Assist with candidate travel arrangements (if applicable)
  • Maintain and track data to support reporting on interview logistics and hiring activity
  • Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or process bottlenecks
  • Contribute to projects that enhance the TA team's efficiency, candidate experience, and employer brand

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ year of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) or Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism
  • Experience with Workday
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when managing logistics or data
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively as part of a team
