About the role

  • Copywriter creating engaging content for digital and integrated campaigns at The Turn Lab. Collaborating with teams to shape narratives and support campaign goals in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities

  • Write copy for digital and integrated campaigns across social, display, DOOH, and other paid media
  • Support the development of headlines, body copy, taglines, slogans, and calls to action
  • Write short-form scripts or narrative outlines for video, motion, or audio content
  • Adapt core messaging across formats and channels while maintaining tone and intent
  • Support ideation and copy development for social-first content, including captions, hooks, and campaign adaptations for feed-based environments
  • Write website, landing page, and marketing content that is clear, on-brand, and audience-focused
  • Assist with brand storytelling and tone-of-voice development
  • Translate complex ideas, products, or services into clear, accessible copy

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of copywriting experience in an agency, studio, or similar environment
  • A portfolio or writing samples that show a range of work, including campaign copy, content writing, and technical or informational writing
  • Experience writing for digital channels such as social media, campaigns, websites, or paid media, with an understanding of how copy performs in social environments
