About the role

  • Executive Assistant providing administrative support to Vice Presidents at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Ensuring seamless communication and coordination of tasks across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide impeccable administrative support to our executives, ensuring seamless coordination of their calendars, managing travel arrangements, and organizing meetings and events
  • Review and process expense reports
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and discretion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and information flow
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes
  • Serve as a primary contact for both internal and external parties, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Contribute to the successful implementation of special projects, demonstrating a proactive and ambitious approach

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • High school diploma required
  • Associate’s degree in Secretarial Science, Business, or related field preferred
  • 10+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment with recent experience supporting executives in a corporate environment preferred
