Responsibilities
You support the Key Account Management team in day-to-day operations and strategic projects.
You manage and develop relationships with key retail partners and collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams.
You take ownership of your own customer portfolio and ensure long-term, trust-based partnerships.
You develop tailored account strategies to maximize growth opportunities and ensure consistent product availability.
You identify market trends and customer insights to develop actionable initiatives that drive business performance.
You build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and lead strategic negotiations at regional and national levels
Requirements
You bring at least 2 years of professional experience as a Field Sales Representative, Account Manager, Buyer or comparable discipline, ideally in the FMCG or retail sector, or in a comparable field.
You hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline.
You have strong conceptual and analytical skills and can quickly understand and structure complex topics.
You are proactive, assertive, and confident in handling challenges.
You communicate effectively and persuasively and bring excellent selling skills to the table.
You are a reliable, motivated team player who enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
You are fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken); French is a strong plus.
