About the role

  • Senior Account Manager driving growth and retention for university partners at Qualification Check. Leading strategic relationships and optimising account management in Higher Education.

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary architect of growth and retention for our university partners.
  • Lead and nurture a high-value portfolio of approximately 20-30 key accounts, serving as the senior point of contact.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers across admissions, international recruitment, and UKVI compliance.
  • Identify and execute upselling opportunities for our suite of verification, compliance, and automation solutions.
  • Report on KPIs, analyse account health and market trends to provide consultative insights that optimise strategy.
  • Regularly visit university partners to strengthen relationships.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience navigating the UK Higher Education landscape, with a specific focus on international admissions and compliance.
  • A master relationship manager with a track record of engaging at the senior leadership level and strong relationships with decision makers.
  • Demonstrated success in account growth, revenue retention, and navigating the nuances of university procurement cycles.
  • Comfortable using data to tell a story and build strategy.
