About the role

  • Seeking administration staff for Theodorus Haus Albersdorf, a care facility. Responsibilities include managing calls, visitors, and records in a friendly environment.

Responsibilities

  • You are the "good soul" of our facility and present a friendly, communicative presence both internally and externally
  • Point of contact for staff, residents and relatives; support for the Head of Nursing, the social services team and the facility management
  • Answering phone calls, welcoming visitors, creating a pleasant atmosphere and providing initial guidance
  • Maintaining general facility records in both paper and electronic formats
  • Processing invoices and handling the billing cycle
  • Managing petty cash and distributing personal funds to our residents
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • General administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in a commercial/administrative field or relevant administrative experience is an advantage
  • Sense of responsibility and identification with our facility; willingness to take initiative and help shape processes
  • Very good knowledge of German
  • Confident use of MS Office
  • Service-oriented attitude and enjoyment in interacting with people
  • Willingness to work at both locations
