Responsibilities
Managing complex calendars and scheduling appointments.
Coordinating all aspects of travel, including visa and passport requirements.
Preparing and submitting expense reports.
Overseeing internal and external meeting logistics.
Assisting and supporting executives in their communications with their teams, within the company, and externally.
Collaborating with and supporting an APAC office administrator.
Assisting with special projects, including coordinating executive visits while in Japan, office events planning and execution.
Managing and ordering office supplies, including stationery, drinks, and snacks.
Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including sorting and shipping.
Coordinating with the building management company to maintain a clean and hygienic office space by ensuring it is kept tidy and organized.
Provide support for new hires such as ordering business cards, security cards, other necessary setup, and implementation of Office onboarding.
Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills, in both Japanese and English
Exceptional attention to detail.
