Responsibilities
The incumbent will leverage their pharmacy and clinical expertise to meet client’s strategic goals and drive improved clinical and financial outcomes for their claimants.
Use deep understanding of pharmacy/clinical landscape to develop and present comprehensive strategies.
Address critical business metrics such as client satisfaction and clinical support.
Serve as the client’s gold-standard clinical resource, knowledgeable of new clinical innovations.
Partner with client’s clinical team to provide comprehensive management plans.
Responsible for retention, client loyalty, and maximizing solution sales opportunities.
Engage in client dialogue to build trust and be a trusted advisor in clinical outcome success.
Requirements
Current U.S. Pharmacist License
Minimum of 5 years licensure experience preferred
3 years of Client facing experience preferred
Workers’ Compensation experience preferred
Proficiency in using Microsoft applications
Excellent presentation and communication skills required
Must have the ability to work on multiple tasks, prioritize, resolve complex issues, and have strong project management skills
Ability to learn multiple internal reporting and analytic tools for client management
