Responsibilities
Lead the proposal process from intake to submission, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
Develop bid delivery plans with clear milestones, timelines, and responsibilities
Analyse client requirements and in partnership with the commercial lead, define win themes and strategies that align with business objectives
Act as a conduit between sales, product, clinical and operations to define solutions for client needs, and creating compelling, client specific content in order to support overall achievement of commercial targets
Facilitate communication across stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the bid lifecycle
Manage logistics for internal and external meetings, workshops, and pitch presentations
Oversee sign-off processes and ensure compliance with internal governance standards
Support pipeline management and contribute to continuous improvement of bid processes
Requirements
Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, persuasive proposals
Fluent in English; French is a plus
Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in proposal management, tender coordination, or commercial support roles is an advantage
