Responsibilities
Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their business challenges and identify what technology solutions can help
Conduct discovery sessions to assess client needs and recommend the right custom development services, such as Discovery Workshops, AI-driven automation, or data strategy consulting
Identify opportunities for data, AI, front-end or back-end staffing needs, ensuring clients have the right talent
Work with internal teams to develop proposals, solutions, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs)
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with client needs and feasibility
Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase custom development and AI capabilities
Assist sales teams in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and client inquiries
Requirements
Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, custom software development, data engineering, and analytics
Experience with cloud services (AWS or Azure) and data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
Familiarity with hybrid (React Native, Flutter) and native mobile development
Familiarity with backend development (Python, NodeJS, Java or .Net)
Familiarity with ETL pipelines, data governance, and AI solution architecture
Prior experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales in AI, data, or custom development services
Ability to translate complex systems and data concepts into business value for clients
Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills to influence decision-makers
Experience working with enterprise clients, mid-sized businesses, or startups
