SDR responsible for initial contact and qualification of leads for the CS Academy. Engaging with customers through calls, emails, and social media to understand their needs and offer solutions.
Responsibilities
Make a high volume of daily calls and contacts via WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn to qualify leads.
Identify and understand prospective customers' needs.
Present solutions in an objective, consultative manner.
Prepare commercial proposals and perform constant follow-ups.
Log and organize all interactions in the CRM.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure an efficient handover of clients.
Monitor performance indicators and participate in strategic meetings.
Requirements
High school diploma;
Preferred: Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Engineering, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields;
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience or ability in B2B prospecting (phone, email, and social media) and knowledge of Inbound and Outbound Marketing/Sales;
Analytical, organized, and proactive profile with attention to detail;
Ability to work with targets, under pressure and challenges, maintaining focus and resilience;
Strong communication, persuasion/argumentation, and teamwork skills;
Knowledge of CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce) is a plus.
