About the role

  • Leading a telesales team to drive acquisitions and performance at a smart parking company. Responsibility for structure and development of the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Help shape the future of parking with us and build a high-performing telesales team.
  • You will be responsible for the structure, performance and development of a currently small team of 3–4 employees, which we plan to expand.
  • You will lead and further develop our telesales team — including motivating the team, setting clear targets and actively driving team growth.
  • You will manage our outbound telesales activities: prospecting, lead qualification, appointment setting and supporting deal closures.
  • You will conduct regular feedback and coaching sessions and develop the team in conversation techniques, objection handling, pitching and closing skills.
  • You will establish sales standards and continuously improve them (e.g., scripts, playbooks, guides, pipeline contribution) and derive concrete actions from them.
  • You are responsible for KPI and performance management (e.g., call volume, appointment rate, conversion, pipeline contribution) and will derive concrete measures from these metrics.
  • You will handle onboarding of new appointment-setting team members and support further team growth.
  • You will optimize processes and tools along the telesales workflow (CRM documentation, lead routing, data quality, reporting).
  • You will work closely with Marketing and Sales to improve lead funnels and ensure smooth handovers.
  • You will create reports and analyses and implement optimization measures derived from them.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in telephone sales — ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Prior leadership experience and strong communication and motivational skills.
  • Experience planning, executing and managing outbound campaigns.
  • Proven experience collaborating with Marketing and Sales to optimize campaigns and funnels.
  • Solid knowledge of KPI and performance management, including deriving concrete actions within the department.
  • Experience in resource and capacity planning for an outbound team.
  • Strong numerical affinity and analytical thinking.
  • Structured, process- and quality-oriented working style.
  • Comfortable using telephony/dialer systems and, ideally, CRM systems.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Experience using AI-assisted tools in a sales context.

  • Permanent employment at a high-growth company
  • 30 days of vacation
  • Additionally, we provide a monthly commuting allowance — whether you travel by bike, train or car
  • Bike leasing (JobRad) — an excellent alternative to public transport or driving; stay fit, be flexible and contribute to the environment
  • Our intensive onboarding program will prepare you to work independently and take on significant responsibility
  • We look ahead and additionally secure you with private accident insurance and a company pension plan
  • We have an open-door policy that encourages open dialogue and mutual support
