Responsibilities
Acquisition of new clients, including preparing proposals and participating in contract negotiations
Advising and managing existing accounts with a focus on long-term customer retention
Developing tailored strategies and partnership approaches for assigned partners
Identifying business potential through market, industry and company analyses
Selling integrated marketing campaigns across all channels: online, social media, content, POS
Representing IMS & INTERSPORT at partner meetings, trade fairs and in sales meetings
Further developing existing product portfolios and actively networking with relevant decision-makers
Requirements
Initial professional experience in sales, account management or business development
Strong communication skills combined with negotiation ability and a confident appearance
Analytical thinking to assess customer potential and market opportunities
High level of personal responsibility, structured working methods and customer orientation
Affinity for sports, marketing and retail is desirable
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken; good English skills are an advantage.
