About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for acquiring new clients and developing tailored marketing strategies for partners. Working in a dynamic team within the INTERSPORT Marketing Services GmbH in Berlin.

Responsibilities

  • Acquisition of new clients, including preparing proposals and participating in contract negotiations
  • Advising and managing existing accounts with a focus on long-term customer retention
  • Developing tailored strategies and partnership approaches for assigned partners
  • Identifying business potential through market, industry and company analyses
  • Selling integrated marketing campaigns across all channels: online, social media, content, POS
  • Representing IMS & INTERSPORT at partner meetings, trade fairs and in sales meetings
  • Further developing existing product portfolios and actively networking with relevant decision-makers

Requirements

  • Initial professional experience in sales, account management or business development
  • Strong communication skills combined with negotiation ability and a confident appearance
  • Analytical thinking to assess customer potential and market opportunities
  • High level of personal responsibility, structured working methods and customer orientation
  • Affinity for sports, marketing and retail is desirable
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken; good English skills are an advantage.
