Responsibilities
You ensure our sales funnel is never empty and guide prospective clients safely to the finish line.
You acquire festival and concert promoters and actively grow your client base and network.
Your responsibilities include needs analyses, presentations, proposal preparation and contract negotiations.
You act and communicate confidently with your contacts — regardless of the channel.
You serve as the interface to internal teams during the onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth start.
Requirements
University degree or completed vocational training (e.g., in a commercial/business field).
Mastery of the basics of sales and proven success in acquiring new customers (ideally in IT/software sales).
Strong interest in efficient workflows.
Excellent communication skills in German and English.
Convincing presentation skills and negotiation ability.
Willingness to travel (approx. 20%).
