Requirements
5+ years of B2B sales experience in construction, engineering, or specialty services.
Deep roots in the Raleigh, NC or North Carolina market — you know the landscape, the key players, and how to reach them.
A proven track record of exceeding sales goals and closing large, complex deals.
Strategic thinking with the ability to influence at the highest levels of the organization.
CRM fluency (Salesforce preferred) and a structured, data-driven approach to sales.
