Responsibilities
Manage projects from start to finish
Assist the Client Services team with a variety of well-established brands
Compile timing plans, cost estimates, and studio briefs
Ensure smooth running of projects in the bespoke job management system
Organise and prepare meeting rooms for Client meetings
Compile market sector and competitor information
Provide timely and professional service to Clients either directly or via the Account Manager
Managing all projects through the process from understanding Client requirements to the completed product
Requirements
Organised with the ability to multi-task
Ability to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines
Clear and concise written and verbal communication
Ability to build effective working relationships with clients and different areas of the business
Sound knowledge of various social media platforms would be advantageous.
