About the role

  • Account Manager for Real Estate assisting with client renewals and managing processes. Facilitate marketing and servicing of new and renewal business for the Real Estate team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Account Executive, Broker and Producer with marketing and servicing of new and renewal business for the Real Estate team
  • Coordinate with production team and insurance carriers to facilitate a successful client renewal
  • Work to plan and prepare the renewal strategy meeting with A/E for both internally and with clients
  • Manage the renewal process with quotes distribution and managing the bind process
  • Service Specific Activities including invoice completion and follow-up with carriers for policies
  • Maintain shared drive of key documents and monitor expiration dates of all policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience required
  • State specific license required, or obtained within 60 days of hire
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail & time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products to include Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Salesforce, eCerts & EPIC experience preferred
