About the role

  • Marketing Programs Manager supporting demand generation across non-profit and education sectors. Driving integrated marketing campaigns and lead management processes for B2B software marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Support integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, email marketing, and events to generate qualified leads for the business
  • Assist with event marketing activities including trade shows, webinars, and industry events, handling everything from planning through to post-event follow-up
  • Create and manage marketing content working with the Content Manager to develop email campaigns, social media posts, and landing pages with consistent messaging
  • Support lead management processes by helping to qualify and nurture prospects, working closely with sales teams to ensure smooth handoffs

Requirements

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels including email marketing, social media management, and paid advertising campaigns
  • Analytical mindset with data experience using metrics to measure and optimise campaign performance across different marketing channels
  • B2B technology or software environment experience
