Senior Developer for the ServiceNow platform in Thales' Digital Identity & Security unit. Developing and supporting Cloud Operations environments with a focus on Customer Service Management.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the development of the ServiceNow Core platform as a senior developer
Participate in specification, integration, deployment, and advanced support activities
Act as the technical reference for dedicated projects and portions of the platform scope
Design and develop new features aligned with the global roadmap (CSM, UI & Workspace, Service Catalog, ATF)
Write technical specifications, estimate effort, and implement changes via Update Sets (Dev → Integration → Prod)
Maintain quality through automated ATF tests and ensure technical documentation (Knowledge Base, support materials)
Analyze, resolve or escalate complex incidents and support production deployments
Contribute to technical governance, backlog prioritization and analysis of major version upgrades
Requirements
5 years’ experience as a ServiceNow developer/implementer
Advanced ServiceNow development (advanced JavaScript, Service Catalog, UI Service Portal & Workspace, ATF)
Experience with Customer Service Management (CSM) and associated ITSM processes
Understanding of CMDB concepts, Knowledge Base and, ideally, the CSDM
Knowledge of ServiceNow security and architecture best practices
Certified CSA and CIS-CSM (or equivalent)
Fluent English, both spoken and written
