Responsibilities
Partner closely with the Country Manager and local leadership team, aligning people strategy with commercial priorities
Guide organizational effectiveness, team structure, workforce planning, and role clarity
Coach leaders to strengthen management capability and performance accountability
Use people data to inform leadership decisions and anticipate future needs
Lead execution of core people cycles including performance management, compensation, and engagement
Support building Teya's People Machine locally, ensuring strong foundations across hiring, onboarding, development
Partner with Talent Acquisition to support high-quality hiring aligned with commercial demand
Drive initiatives to reinforce Teya's culture and values in a fast-paced environment
Navigate employee relations and complex people situations with sound judgment
Requirements
Experienced People Partner supporting commercial, operational, or GTM teams in fast-growing environments (FinTech, SaaS preferred)
Understanding of headcount planning, productivity, targets, incentives, execution
Build credibility with leaders through sound judgment, pragmatism
Comfortable operating close to the business, balancing strategic input with hands-on delivery
