Responsibilities
Retain and expand existing group insurance business by providing excellent service and support.
Build and maintain long-term partnerships with agencies to ensure Texicare remains a carrier of choice.
Lead the annual renewal cycle for all assigned accounts, delivering rate updates and plan options in a clear and timely manner.
Collaborating with the Sales Executives and the Sales Enablement team to facilitate a seamless transition from new sales to ongoing account management.
Resolve complex inquiries and service issues by identifying root causes to prevent recurring administrative burdens for the group.
Conduct plan reviews with agents and clients to ensure an excellent member experience.
Provide comprehensive training and support to agents regarding product portfolios, digital tools, and internal processes.
Manage account activities, renewal pipelines, and relationships within Salesforce CRM.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
At least 2 years of experience in account management for a health plan, TPA, or brokerage or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
A customer-oriented, results-driven, and ethical mindset.
A current health insurance license in Texas or ability to obtain within 30 days.
The ability to travel within your territory 50% of the time.
