Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for all departments and levels within TEVET.
Oversee the full recruitment process, including engaging managers during the job requisition process, creating job postings and candidate profiles using our candidate assessment tool.
Manage third party recruiters (if applicable), sourcing candidates using social media, screening and interviewing candidates, managing selection process with hiring manager, and making employment offers.
Design and manage an engaging onboarding process that accelerates new hire integration and productivity.
Conduct HR onboarding sessions to ensure new employees have completed the pre-boarding and process work authorizations using the E-Verify platform.
Partner with HR leadership to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention strategies from the beginning of the employee life cycle.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field required.
