About the role

  • Join Hearst Magazines as a Temporary Talent Acquisition Partner. Lead recruiting efforts for high-impact roles across sales, advertising, marketing, and product teams.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver tailored hiring strategies, leveraging market insights and workforce planning expertise.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for sales, advertising, marketing, and product roles, while supporting generalist hiring needs across editorial, creative, and corporate teams.
  • Champion a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects Hearst’s values and commitment to excellence.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to align hiring practices with organizational priorities and contribute to strategic talent initiatives.
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to meet both immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Use data and analytics to evaluate recruitment strategies, measure effectiveness, and optimize results.
  • Partner with HR and marketing to enhance Hearst’s employer brand through creative storytelling and outreach efforts.
  • Support additional talent acquisition projects and programs as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on advertising, marketing, product, or creative roles preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of media, publishing, or related creative industries.
  • Proven ability to recruit across multiple disciplines as a generalist.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence across teams and levels.
  • Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools; data-driven recruiting experience a plus.
  • Familiarity with government contractor compliance and best practices preferred.
  • Creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
