About the role

  • Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist supporting end-to-end recruitment processes at Lovehoney Group. Collaborating with hiring managers in Berlin to attract and secure top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure a structured, consistent interview process.
  • Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and support recruitment reporting.
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and professional engagement throughout the hiring journey.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and sourcing activities across relevant channels.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field (in-house or agency).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Clear and professional communication skills in English.
  • Structured and detail-oriented working style, comfortable handling data and systems.
  • A likeness for technology and the usage of AI.
