About the role

  • Personal Assistant to the CEO in a fintech digital assets company. Manage executives' schedules, communications, and operational efficiency in a hybrid workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage the CEO’s agenda, travel arrangements, and overall scheduling
  • Handle invitations, confirmations, and related correspondence
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for communication and coordination with other executive offices
  • Coordinate meetings and engagements with C-level executives and key stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Proficiency in all major digital planning and productivity applications
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to remain operationally hands-on while avoiding micromanagement
  • Fluency in English is a must. German Language would be a plus - but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional conversational and written communication skills
  • Strong administrative abilities combined with advanced digital competencies
