About the role

  • Part-time Personal Assistant providing support for a financial advisory business. Requires hybrid work with in-person meetings in Newlands, Cape Town.

Responsibilities

  • General administrative support and day-to-day coordination
  • Diary management and scheduling
  • Email and document management
  • Basic marketing support (content coordination, communications, and follow-ups)
  • Basic bookkeeping and record keeping
  • Assisting with task tracking and keeping projects moving
  • General ad hoc support as required

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or Executive Assistant role
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with email, document management, and scheduling tools
  • Good attention to detail and professional approach
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • Reliable and proactive, with strong follow‑through on tasks
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge and familiarity with admin systems
  • Comfortable supporting a small business environment
  • Availability to attend one in‑person meeting per week in Newlands, Western Cape
