About the role

- You personally produce design, execution and detail drawings — for our construction sites as well as for our subcontractors
- You independently create and optimize our designs and system details and continue to develop them

- You liaise closely with other timber construction areas (prefabrication, project management, scheduling/dispatch) and contribute cross-departmentally at management level
- You drive the continuous improvement of planning processes and structures
- You are responsible for the selection, development and support of your employees — including onboarding new colleagues
Requirements
- Completed further qualification in the construction sector, e.g. master carpenter (Zimmerermeister), construction technician, Bachelor's/Master's degree in civil engineering or a similar qualification
- Solid CAD skills
- Strong constructive/structural understanding and enthusiasm for developing technical solutions
- Experience in engineered timber/structural timber construction
- Leadership ability, an entrepreneurial mindset and a motivating communication style
