Responsibilities
Administer, configure, and maintain the Automation and Orchestration platforms (with secondary focus on ServiceNow) to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.
Manage and enhance Automation frameworks, orchestration pipelines and scripting modules (with secondary support for ITSM/ITOM), with a particular focus on implementing and optimizing CSDM and application service mapping.
Design and implement workflows, automations, and orchestrations leveraging agentic AI and ServiceNow Orchestration capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and deliver process improvements through automation.
Maintain system integrity, perform regular platform upgrades, and ensure compliance with IT best practices and security standards.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and customizations.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Support integration efforts with other enterprise systems and tools as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7 to 10 years of proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator, with significant exposure to Automation frameworks, orchestration pipelines and scripting modules (with secondary support for ITSM/ITOM).
Extensive hands-on experience with CSDM and application service mapping within ServiceNow.
Strong knowledge and practical experience in agentic AI, workflow automations, and orchestrations.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
