Responsibilities

Manage IT and workspace setup, equipment distribution, and system access in partnership with IT.
Deliver a high-touch, consistent New Hire Orientation and ensure smooth integration into company culture.
Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding questions from new hires and hiring managers.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Overland Park office, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
