About the role

  • Event Marketing Manager delivering B2B events for SPREAD's AI-powered software; owning execution from planning to post-event analysis.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end ownership of event execution, including project plans, timelines, budgets and forecasts, as well as vendor sourcing and negotiation.
  • Partner with Account Executives and SDRs to align on account priorities, targets and lead management.
  • Coordinate promotion and the attendee journey across content, branding and digital channels, including invitations and communication plans.
  • Manage assets and merchandise, including booth inventory and signage.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B event management or field marketing with extensive event ownership, ideally in SaaS, industrial tech, or other complex B2B environments.
  • Proven responsibility for full event lifecycles across formats, including trade shows and smaller executive formats.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Commercial mindset with budget responsibility and strong vendor negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of pipeline processes and close collaboration with sales.
