About the role

  • Key Account Manager managing distribution sales at Teleflex, a provider of medical technologies. Focused on customer relationships and account growth in distribution division.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer relationship management focusing on building strong business partnerships for account retention and expansion
  • Perform weekly client meetings, take initiative to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
  • Work closely with the Commercial Operations Team as well as the Clinical Affairs Training Team
  • Sell Anesthesia Products to large and local Distributors
  • Interface closely with the Senior Sales Director North America - Distribution, Anesthesia and Urology Care
  • Negotiate with and deliver customer and contractual relationships with assigned key accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3 or more years of large/key account and/or distribution sales management experience
  • Experience with proven ability to successfully negotiate contracts and manage distributors
  • Strong public speaking, written communication skills, and organization/project management skills
  • Self-directed, able to work independently and ability to handle multiple projects concurrently & function in a fast paced, high growth environment
  • Strong problem solving/analytical skills and effective presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with computer technology and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including iPhone and iPad platforms.
