About the role

  • Manage Box Office operations, cash handling, and customer service at Ticketek in Gold Coast. Handle day-to-day operations including sales, administration tasks on a rotating roster.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations, cash handling, and provide top-notch customer service on a rotating roster.

Requirements

  • General day-to-day Box Office operations including patron calls, box office sales and admin tasks.
  • Be available to work on a seven-day rotating roster, working 38 hours a week, including weekend and evening work
  • Assist the Client Services Team with administrative duties as required
  • Provision of exceptional customer service
  • Demonstrate a customer focused attitude, being a true ambassador for our brand.
