Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Product Management
- Strong command of product metrics (e.g., churn, NPS, MAU/DAU)
- Experience with OKRs, KPIs and backlog prioritization
- Knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Clear communicator, collaborative attitude and results-oriented
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related fields
- MBA or postgraduate degree in Product, Business or related areas
