Corporate Recruiter managing recruiting lifecycle and collaborating with Hiring Managers for federal clients. Fostering talent relationships and ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
Responsibilities
Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiting Leads to gain a comprehensive understanding of TechOp’s hiring needs for each position
Meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
Develop job descriptions
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent
Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up
Continuously partner with recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies
Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements
Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone and/or in-person), and administers appropriate assessments, reference checking, makes recommendations for hire (or no hire)
Draft and delivers employment offers for both exempt and non-exempt position openings
Uses online resources to source and identify potential candidates that meet specific requirements and experience
Manages internal transfer process including screening, coordination of interview with Hiring Managers, transfer offer letter/new hire documents, transfer of security documents, etc.
Follows up with candidates and Hiring Managers to ensure updated information on the interview process status
Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (i.e. benefits, compensation, non-competition agreements, etc.)
Ensures compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations
Manages current candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Manages application/resume file and retention according to company policy
Standardizes position descriptions for various positions/portfolios

Requirements
BA/BS + 2-3 years of experience in recruiting required
Experience in federal contracting recruiting highly desired
Working knowledge of the recruiting life cycle
Experience working in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
Experience handling multiple positions/portfolios
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet searches
Working knowledge of using an Applicant Tracking System
Experience working with job board databases to find qualified candidates, HR software, databases, and management systems
Proven experience conducting various types of interviews
