About the role
- IT Infrastructure Coordinator overseeing projects and IT services for a SAP consultancy in Brazil. Managing infra tasks, ensuring quality, and reporting to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Participate in infrastructure projects by supervising and ensuring the progress of stages and activities within the IT Infrastructure area (Network, Systems & Datacenter, Telecom, and Database) as agreed, ensuring activities are completed within established deadlines and at the agreed quality.
- Establish activity controls and supervise the tasks of internal analysts and/or third-party contractors.
- Ensure clear and consistent reporting of activities and projects to the area manager and/or management.
- Plan, implement, and maintain the IT infrastructure by providing Level 3 support and maintenance for users.
- Manage messaging and licensing control (SAM) and monitor the SCCM environment.
- Monitor the environment and liaise with service providers to maintain a healthy, problem-free environment (bugs, vulnerabilities).
- Operate in a structured manner through controls and processes, always maintaining focus on the company culture.
- Handle and follow up on infrastructure service requests and incidents within the SLA agreed with the business, ensuring process compliance according to ITIL methodology.
- Work on resolving problems in the IT environment, identifying root causes through in-depth analysis and delivering consistent reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
- Proven experience as an IT Supervisor or in a management role for IT infrastructure
- Advanced experience with Office 365, Active Directory, and Exchange Server
- Advanced experience with virtualized environments (VMware and Azure)
- Advanced experience in networking (Cisco)
- Experience with Configuration Manager (SCCM) and WSUS
- Experience with Print Server and File Server
- Experience in environments of similar size, criticality, and characteristics
- Advanced English
- ITIL certification
- Profile: good interpersonal skills

- Ability to combine project execution with operational tasks
- Preferred: Microsoft certification (advantage)
