About the role

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist the marketing team with campaign execution, including coordinating events, managing social media accounts, and creating marketing materials.
  • Quote and process customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Maintain and analyze sales and marketing data to support decision-making and strategy development.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or holding an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent work experience required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with Hubspot CRM is a plus.
