Responsibilities
Provide a broad range of systems/application support
Research and analysis
Administration, performance availability monitoring and management
Act as subject matter expert and consult with clients
Lead the support of highly complex applications/systems

Administer business applications in co-ordination with stakeholders
Research industry standards and make recommendations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Technical Certificate required or work experience equivalent to Bachelor's degree
5+ years' experience
5+ years hands-on experience working in an applications production support environment
Monitoring and responding to alerts via observability platform
Documentation of technical processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5+ years of experience with Cloud Services, BPM tools, Observability, and Incident Management tools
