About the role

  • Manages the day-to-day administrative operations of the assigned Senior Executive(s)
  • Provides diversified administrative support to the Senior Executive
  • Ensures arrangements for meeting facilities and catering are well executed
  • Supports the addressing of Customer / Colleague concerns directed at the Senior Executive
  • Plans and implements special events for Senior Executives
  • Ensures travel preferences, accommodations, meetings and agendas and care of guests are delivered without incident
  • Works with external vendors and service providers to ensure consistent high-quality function support
  • Ensures the Executive's complex itinerary is accommodated through detailed travel arrangements

Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • 5+ Years of related experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work directly with senior level executives and across all levels of the organization
  • Project management skills preferred
  • Must be flexible with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Knowledge of Company organization, terminology and operations preferred
  • Exceptional Customer orientation and service delivery skills
  • Proven organizational and administrative skills
  • PC skills including proficiently with spreadsheets, reporting tools and presentation software
