About the role

  • Regional Commercial Manager leading Water Solutions business in ASEAN region. Responsible for revenue and profitability outcomes and team leadership across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the ASEAN commercial organization to achieve annual revenue, margin, and growth targets across all Water Solutions market segments and technologies
  • Translate regional and global strategies into actionable country-level commercial plans with clear priorities, resource allocation, and performance metrics
  • Manage regional forecasting, pipeline discipline, and business review cadence to ensure accuracy, transparency, and timely corrective actions
  • Identify and develop growth opportunities across key end markets, applications, and customer segments, including strategic OEMs, distributors, and major end users
  • Drive new business development through value-based selling, differentiated application positioning, and promotion of innovation and technology-led solutions
  • Lead, coach, and develop a diverse regional commercial team, fostering a performance-driven culture with strong accountability and collaboration
  • Partner with marketing, technical, operations, and global product teams to align on regional priorities, customer needs, and execution plans
  • Ensure disciplined use of commercial systems such as Salesforce and adherence to internal processes to support consistency and scalability across the region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • An MBA or advanced degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in B2B commercial management, sales leadership, or business development within the water treatment, industrial solutions industry, or related sectors
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing commercial operations across multiple countries in the ASEAN region
  • Strong understanding of water filtration technologies, applications, and market dynamics is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, negotiate complex deals, and achieve ambitious sales targets
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in additional ASEAN languages is a significant advantage
  • Ability to travel within the ASEAN region as required
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make informed business decisions
  • Proficient in CRM software - Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
