Responsibilities
Responsible for all field labor, materials, profit, loss, project performance, and safety
Manage all field labor, subcontractors, and vendors in collaboration with the Services business unit
Meet or exceed all financial expectations and budgets
Monitor cash position of business unit
Resolve dollar disputes between estimates and actual costs
Build and sustain customer relationships
Manage dispatch procedures and effective communications with field staff
Manage technician labor productivity improvements
Promote and accountable for all aspects of Safety and Risk Management
Assist Field Supervisor in regulating quality control on Service jobs
Maintain inventory and tool procurement for all service vehicles
Conduct project kick-off meetings and coordinate with Management
Requirements
5+ years' experience in the service business
Organized and self-motivated
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects
Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors
Ability to multitask
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
