Responsibilities
Own positioning, messaging, and differentiation for all SynergiaTech products
Define and execute global GTM strategy from ICP definition and segmentation to launch execution and sales enablement
Turn product capabilities into clear, outcome-driven narratives
Lead product launches end-to-end including messaging, enablement, content, and cross-functional alignment
Partner closely with Product to influence roadmap decisions using market, competitive, and customer insights
Enable Sales to win competitive enterprise deals
Build and scale PMM processes, frameworks, and playbooks
Requirements
5+ years in Product Marketing / GTM within B2B SaaS
Strong experience marketing to enterprise customers with complex sales cycles.
Experience working across international markets
Experience in high-growth or scaling startup environments, comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration
Experience with AI-powered products (generative AI, automation, analytics, or enterprise intelligence) strongly preferred
Exceptional storytelling skills, able to simplify complex technical concepts
Comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels.
