About the role

  • Product Marketing Manager defining and executing global GTM strategy for SynergiaTech products. Collaborating with senior leadership and product teams to drive enterprise success.

Responsibilities

  • Own positioning, messaging, and differentiation for all SynergiaTech products
  • Define and execute global GTM strategy from ICP definition and segmentation to launch execution and sales enablement
  • Turn product capabilities into clear, outcome-driven narratives
  • Lead product launches end-to-end including messaging, enablement, content, and cross-functional alignment
  • Partner closely with Product to influence roadmap decisions using market, competitive, and customer insights
  • Enable Sales to win competitive enterprise deals
  • Build and scale PMM processes, frameworks, and playbooks

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Product Marketing / GTM within B2B SaaS
  • Strong experience marketing to enterprise customers with complex sales cycles.
  • Experience working across international markets
  • Experience in high-growth or scaling startup environments, comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration
  • Experience with AI-powered products (generative AI, automation, analytics, or enterprise intelligence) strongly preferred
  • Exceptional storytelling skills, able to simplify complex technical concepts
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels.
