Responsibilities
Support the Network Products leadership team in executing strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment across various projects.
Manage executive communications, facilitate decision-making processes, and coordinate cross-functional projects to drive strategic priorities.
Work closely with global and regional Product, GTM, and cross-functional leads to support the execution of Network Products' strategic priorities.
Develop executive presentations and messaging, ensuring transparent communication with strong analytics and product knowledge.
Lead the development of effective programs and proposals by collaborating with Product and GTM teams to synthesize case studies and build financial/revenue impact models.
Use data analytics to drive meaningful revenue actions and support strategic decision-making.
Oversee program alignment and engagements with pricing implementation, finance, and Controllership guidelines/requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional leads to identify and validate revenue assurance opportunities, ensuring adherence to pricing strategies.
Requirements
Proven experience in payments strategy and business process improvements.
Deep understanding of the Mastercard/payment ecosystem business model.
Familiarity with pricing strategy execution and implementation processes.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Effective project management and organizational capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing complex initiatives.
Self-motivated, quick learner, and able to work independently.
