Responsibilities
Shape strategy, lead negotiations, and influence company growth
Be the commercial heartbeat for various business areas — advising and guiding stakeholders through bids and contracts
Lead negotiations on high‑value IT and outsourcing contracts with close collaboration with legal team
Inspire and support a small team in their development and evolution of the function
Draft and shape commercial agreements
Assess commercial risk and opportunity during bids
Generate commercial components of tender responses
Ensure proper commercial governance is applied
Oversee contract management activities
Resolve contractual disputes in a solutions‑focused way
Continually improve processes, templates, and commercial toolkit
Requirements
Experience drafting contracts, interpreting commercial terms, or pricing proposals
A background in improving commercial processes and governance
A strong drive to deliver, with a track record of getting things done
The ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders at all levels
Excellent attention to detail and comfort working in ambiguity
A collaborative mindset with the confidence to work independently when needed
Experience working with customers and managing contract‑related activity
