About the role

  • Director of Policy Management overseeing policy lifecycle at The Guthrie Clinic. Collaborating with teams to ensure compliance, safety, and organizational integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Manage processes for policy creation, approval, storage, and maintenance using designated policy management system.
  • Collaborate with IT to maintain and enhance system functionality and security.
  • Facilitate policy oversight committees and monitor review cycles.
  • Develop and deliver training for policy owners, approvers and other end users.
  • Partner with organizational leaders to implement tactics for policy deployment and compliance evaluation.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of project management or related experience with successful implementation of system-wide initiatives.
  • Substantial experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, and healthcare administration or clinical operations.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results under pressure.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in hospital or healthcare settings (preferred).
  • Experience managing policy systems and facilitating organizational governance processes (preferred).
  • Bachelor's Degree.
