About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and launch comprehensive enablement programs across the customer lifecycle from first touch to expansion.
  • Develop playbooks, battle cards, pitch decks, and certification programs.
  • Partner with RevOps to identify skill gaps, measure what's working, and iterate.
  • Work with Product, Marketing, and Operations to ensure enablement is synchronized.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in revenue or sales enablement at a B2B SaaS or fintech company.
  • Understand the full revenue motion—sales methodologies, customer success plays, and how partnerships drive pipeline.
  • Strong writer and presenter with bonus points for experience with modern enablement platforms, LMS systems, or video content creation.
  • Deep familiarity with Salesforce and enablement tech stacks.
  • Measurable impact of enablement activities tied to business outcomes.
  • Ability to rally people around a vision without direct authority.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities shift quickly.
