Responsibilities
- You advise our clients from the upper mid-market, large enterprises and the public sector on the continuous development of digital technologies
- You support our clients in defining, implementing and optimizing integrated solutions based on Matrix42 and Ivanti technologies
- You take on process consulting and (partial) project management for ESM (Enterprise Service Management) implementations in the areas of Finance, Logistics/Warehouse and Retail
- In collaboration with the client, you develop concepts and coordinate them with other subprojects
- You are also responsible for planning, budgeting, controlling and reporting within your area of responsibility
- You provide customer service support and assist in presales projects
