About the role
- WHS Senior Consultant supporting high-quality Work Health and Safety consulting services at DWF. Engaging clients and delivering comprehensive WHS consulting outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Support DWF Risk to secure work and deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.
- Scope work assignments and define deliverables in line with client needs.
- Deliver WHS consulting work, including site audits, inspections, investigations, reporting, and WHS system reviews and development.
- Build strong working relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor to support repeat engagements.
- Engage with clients to promote services offered by DWF Risk.
- Conduct investigations into workplace injury events, workers’ compensation claims, and workplace conduct matters (e.g., bullying, harassment).
- Facilitate and conduct risk assessment workshops.
Requirements
- Cert 4 WHS
- Strong WHS knowledge and industry experience
- Diploma / Grad Dip, Bachelor Degree in OHS (desirable)
- Previous consulting experience
