About the role

  • Banking Consultant role at ANZ helping customers with financial needs and delivering high customer service. Working mainly in branches to provide a seamless banking experience and achieve customer advocacy.

Responsibilities

  • Help provide customers with a seamless banking experience
  • Meet each customer’s end-to-end financial needs and goals
  • Facilitate needs-based conversations and educate customers on available financial solutions
  • Deliver high standard of customer service to ensure advocacy for ANZ
  • Contribute to customer engagement and advocacy

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer focus - retail experience is an advantage
  • Experience in being a user and promoter of technology - working knowledge in using different digital channels is an advantage
  • Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Sound understanding of compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
