IT Project Manager leading technology projects for Vivo; ensuring quality, cost, and timelines while engaging multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
Lead, plan, execute and monitor technology projects, ensuring deadlines, cost control and quality
Lead and engage multidisciplinary teams
Communicate clearly and assertively, both written and verbal
Manage conflicts and negotiate with stakeholders, assisting in the resolution of impediments
Manage the project budget
Maintain a strategic vision and a strong results orientation
Ability to work under pressure and in dynamic environments
Manage risks and changes throughout the project life cycle, and develop and monitor contingency and mitigation plans
Coordinate technical and business teams, promoting collaboration and strategic alignment
Report status and results to senior management
Ensure adoption of project management best practices and methodologies
Support facilitation of brainstorming, planning, refinement, retrospective and other ceremonies
Support teams in applying the appropriate practices and methods according to the defined project and strategy — whether full agile, hybrid or other approaches — so they can leverage best practices and deliver maximum business value
Formalize and provide visibility to leadership on project-related topics and diagnose process deviations
Interact with multiple internal areas to perform diagnostics, analyses and corrective actions
Measure, generate and analyze performance indicator reports and project metrics to support decision-making
Prepare executive presentations and weekly reports for senior management
Be proactive and contribute during refinement sessions with IT and Business teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred
Proven experience in Project Management (Planning, Implementation, Scope, Communication, Risk Management, Budget and Deadlines)
Experience with traditional methodologies (PMBOK) and agile frameworks (Scrum and Kanban)
Knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Scrum@Scale, LeSS, Nexus, etc.), preferably with certifications and/or practical experience
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Numerical aptitude for financial management
Communication and presentation skills
Versatility and adaptability
Previous experience leading multidisciplinary teams
Collaborative team spirit
Intermediate-level comprehension and communication skills in English or Spanish
